Job summary

ASM JOBS in Bengaluru is seeking a senior staff engineer to own and evolve full-stack architecture using .NET and Angular/React. You will design scalable, resilient systems and drive AI-first engineering practices across teams.

Lead quality engineering, establish coding standards, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver architecture-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Education as BE / B.Tech / M.Tech only.
• Total software engineering experience 10–15+ years with 4+ years in staff/technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and Angular/React with TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of application architecture, microservices and distributed/event-driven design.
• Experience with REST/Web APIs and system integration.
• Proficient in SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL and performance tuning.
• Solid background in Quality Engineering: automation, tests, and CI/CD gates.
• Hands-on with AI-powered development tools and GitHub Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude.

• Design microservices, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Lead Quality Engineering strategy, automation, performance testing and CI/CD quality gates.

• Drive architecture reviews and cross-team technical alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech only
• Experience: 1015+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in Staff/Technical Leadership
• Strong expertise in .NET/C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and Angular/React with TypeScript
• Expertise in application architecture, microservices, distributed systems & event-driven design
• Strong experience with REST APIs, Web APIs, API design & system integration
• Hands-on expertise in SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design & performance tuning
• Strong Quality Engineering background: automation, unit/integration/E2E, contract & performance testing
• Experience embedding quality gates, security scans & automated testing into CI/CD
• Hands-on with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Strong Git, code review, architecture documentation & design experience
• Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead cross-functional teams and drive engineering excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
