Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced full-stack developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade web applications in Chandigarh. You will build robust .NET Core backends with secure authentication and scalable REST APIs, while crafting responsive React front-ends that integrate seamlessly with backend services.

You will work with MS SQL Server, implement best practices for data modeling, and lead architectural discussions for complex features.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in full-stack web development with hands-on delivery in .NET Core and React.
Strong proficiency in building REST API services using ASP.NET Core, including controller and route design, dependency injection, middleware pipeline, model validation, and authentication (JWT/OAuth2).
Solid experience building React applications with modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management, hooks, responsive design, and integration with .NET Core REST API backends.
Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, including complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexes, schema design, and query performance tuning.
Experience designing, versioning, and consuming REST APIs, security patterns, and integration with third-party enterprise services.
Demonstrated ability to lead feature design, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices within a delivery team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain .NET Core backend services and RESTful APIs, including controller design, middleware, DI, authentication, and API versioning.
Build and maintain React.js front-end components, including state management, responsive UI, and integration with .NET Core API backends.
Maintain MS SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, views, queries, and data modeling for enterprise workloads.
Lead technical design for complex features by translating requirements into API contracts and front-end architecture.
Integrate applications with internal systems and third-party REST APIs, handling authentication, data transformation, and error management.
Drive code quality, conduct code reviews, reduce technical debt, and improve engineering standards and patterns.
Apply the full SDLC across the portfolio, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Debug and resolve production issues across .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and React layers, and participate in CI/CD with Azure DevOps.

Build and maintain React.js front-end components, including state management (Redux or Context API), responsive UI design, and integration with .NET Core API backends.
Maintain MS SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries (SQL Server 2016 or above), while applying relational data modeling best practices for enterprise application workloads.
Lead technical design for complex features by translating business requirements into well-structured API contracts, data models, and front-end component architecture.
Integrate applications with internal enterprise systems and third-party REST APIs, defining integration patterns and handling authentication flows, data transformation, and error management.
Drive code quality within the team, conduct thorough code reviews, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements to engineering standards and patterns.
Apply the full SDLC across the application portfolio, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Debug and resolve production issues across .NET Core, MS SQL Server, and React layers, maintain technical documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD delivery practices using Azure DevOps.

Requirements
