Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or related analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse) and data governance.
• Familiarity with NLP, AI techniques, and advanced analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

With data and advanced analytics at the center of our people strategy, we are seeking an analytically driven People Analytics professional to join our People Analytics team.In this role, you will develop, optimize, and enhance data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver analytics that support strategic workforce planning, improve employee experiences, and enable informed business decisions.

You will apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, statistical techniques, and emerging AI capabilities to ¯solve complex workforce challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights, collaborating across functions, and continuously advancing modern analytics practices within HR.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPeople Analytics & Insights

• Analyze and report on the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through development and exit—by developing dashboards and reports that provide insights into hiring, attrition, engagement, performance, promotions, compensation, headcount, and organizational health.

• Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and other Centers of Excellence to deliver analytics supporting quarterly business reviews, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Design scalable reporting solutions and self-service dashboards that improve access to trusted workforce insights.

• Collaborate with HR Technology and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across people data platforms.

• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings through compelling visualizations and executive-ready presentations.

Advanced People Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain predictive analytics models that help identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Apply advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, survival analysis, and segmentation, to solve business problems.

• Build and validate predictive models supporting areas such as:

• Attrition prediction

• Workforce forecasting

• Employee lifecycle and tenure analysis

• Hiring and talent pipeline analytics

• Recommend data-driven solutions that improve workforce planning and organizational decision-making.

Continuously evaluate emerging analytical methods and technologies to improve People Analytics capabilities.AI & Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to analyze employee feedback from surveys, onboarding, exit interviews, and other listening channels.

• Use topic modeling, sentiment analysis, and text analytics to identify emerging themes and actionable insights.

• Explore and prototype Generative AI use cases that automate narrative reporting, summarize workforce trends, and enhance the delivery of people insights.

• Partner with HR Technology and analytics teams to evaluate AI-enabled solutions that improve reporting efficiency and decision support while maintaining appropriate governance and data privacy standards.

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytics discipline.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and other enterprise HR platforms eg Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse.

• Strong programming skills using Python and/or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automation.

• Experience applying advanced statistical methods, including regression, clustering, forecasting, text analytics, and sentiment analysis.

• Experience working with large, complex datasets and applying sound data management and governance practices.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.

• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions through data.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and emerging AI technologies applied to analytics is preferred.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
