Responsibilities

• Solve complex PPA challenges using Synopsys' implementation technologies (AI/ML, RTL-GDS flow).
• Tackle formal verification challenges and early power estimation with latest tech.
• Benchmark Synopsys solutions against competitors to showcase superior PPA outcomes.
• Develop, debug, and optimize Synthesis implementation methodologies for new technologies.
• Provide technical solutions by identifying design/EDA tool issues and delivering resolutions.
• Translate findings into requirements for R&D and drive tool enhancements.
• Deploy new technology features in latest EDA tools and enable customer migration.
• Identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to shape future directions.
• Act as customer advocate and brand ambassador externally.

• Solving complex PPA (Performance, Power, Area) challenges using Synopsys' latest implementation technologies, including AI/ML Implementation, Physical Synthesis RTL-GDS.
• Solving complex Formal verification challenges, early power estimation using latest technologies
• Benchmarking Synopsys solutions against competitors to displace alternative implementation flows anddemonstratesuperior results.
• Developing, debugging, andoptimizingSynthesisimplementation methodologies and flows for emerging semiconductor technologies.
• Providing technical solutions byidentifyingdesign and EDA tool issues and delivering actionable resolutions for customers.
• Translating technical findings into requirements for R&D, driving tool enhancements and adaptive long-term solutions.
• Deployingnew technologyfeatures in the latest EDA tool versions and enabling customer migration for best-in-class PPA.
• Proactivelyidentifyingcustomer pain points and proposing innovative solutions to address them.

WhatYou’llNeed:

• At least 5+ years of experience in Synthesis, with proven ability to debug and resolve synthesis challenges, including low power understanding.
• Strong exposure to methodology changes aimed at achieving targeted PPA metrics for complex designs.
• Proficiency in synthesis and formal verification tools and flows is highly advantageous.
• Advanced scripting skills (TCL, Unix, Perl) for automation and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with customers and internal teams.
