Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned PM to own end-to-end product outcomes for the AP AI Specialist role. You will prototype agent behavior, stand up demos, and validate feasibility with engineering, turning ambiguous customer pain points into actionable roadmap items.

You will define success criteria, evaluation scenarios, and drive product decisions through rigorous evals. Collaborating with platform and orchestration teams, you will discuss architecture tradeoffs, latency, and governance,

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of PM experience with hands-on AI/agentic features.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Able to prototype and review engineering implementations, not just write requirements.
• Deep understanding of agent architectures, orchestration, and tool use.
• Excellent communicator aligning engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice-to-have.

Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• Own end to end product outcomes for AP AI Specialist end to end
• Build, don't just spec: prototype agent behavior, stand up demos, validate feasibilitywith engineering before it's a roadmap item
• Take an ambiguous problem (a customer pain point, an eval failure, a platform constraint) and figure out the right shape of the solution without waiting for it to be handed to you fully formed
• Define what "good" looks likefor agent behavior — success criteria, eval scenarios, confidence thresholds — and use eval methodology as a real lever for product decisions, not a checkbox
• Partner with the platform/orchestration team on architecture tradeoffs (agent design, latency, oversight vs. automation), with enough technical depth to push back when something doesn't hold up
• Translate technical tradeoffs into plain language for engineering, architects, and execs — get in front of real users early to validate before building further
• Thrive in ambiguity: create structure where none exists, and pull the work forward through clarity and credibility rather than process

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 6-8+ years of PM experience, with recent hands-on work shipping AI/agentic features
• Comfortable prototypingand in the weeds with engineering: reviewing implementations, standing up demos, not just writing requirements
• Solid understanding of agent architectures — orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning — and how to translate that into a scoped roadmap
• Excellent communicator,able to align engineering, architecture, and stakeholders who all want different things
• AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
