Job summary

emagine in Bengaluru invites an experienced SRE Engineer to join a cross‑functional team focused on reliability across a product area, applying best practices to improve operational quality and maintain service performance.

You will monitor incidents, drive proactive monitoring, automate development and production tasks with scripting and IaC tools, and collaborate with product teams to sustain rapid, scalable delivery in cloud environments (Azure, GCP) under ITIL/ITSM guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Extensive experience in eCommerce environments.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices expertise.
• Experience with API-based frameworks.
• ITIL/ITSM familiarity in microservices contexts.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Java, C#, Go).
• Experience with Azure and GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD workflows.

• Capability in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.

Nice to Haves:
