Zomint is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor in Mohali to convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients and oversee a team of Wealth Advisors. You will mentor the team, monitor calls, and drive higher conversion rates.

You will own sales targets, monitor pipeline health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and enhance the client journey for optimal financial planning outcomes.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor who can convert warm inbound leads into long-term clients while managing, mentoring, and improving the performance of a team of Wealth Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Conversion: Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, address objections, and drive onboarding.
• Team Management: Guide and mentor Wealth Advisors, review calls, and help improve conversion rates.
• Sales Ownership: Track individual and team targets, pipeline health, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
• Process Improvement: Identify funnel gaps and work with cross-functional teams to improve the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, fintech sales, or related financial services.
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales/advisory team.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Good understanding of investments, SIPs, asset allocation, and financial planning.

Good to Have:

• NISM certification, experience handling HNI/mass-affluent clients, or working with wealth management startups.
