Your tasks and responsibilities
- Create and iterate low- and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with UX researchers, designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, incorporating continuous feedback throughout the design process.
- Optimize user interactions to improve usability, reduce complexity, and deliver seamless user experiences while providing clear design specifications for implementation.
- Continuously develop and refine interaction design patterns, applying your expertise across various technologies, including micro-interactions, transitions, and animations.
- Partner with UX researchers to translate user insights into meaningful design solutions and implementation‑ready specifications.
- Represent user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, applying human‑centered design methods to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to a strong UX culture by championing design quality, fostering collaboration, and driving the continuous improvement of healthcare experiences across a global, cross‑functional team.
Your qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing your interaction design craftsmanship, systems thinking, and problem‑solving skills across complex digital experiences.
- 7+ years of experience in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and a willingness to explore new tools and technologies that enhance design outcomes and team effectiveness.
- Proven experience partnering with software development teams, creating implementation‑ready design specifications, and conducting design quality reviews to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to design system standards.
- Experience in medical technology is a plus; curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complex clinical workflows are even more important.
