Job summary

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end healthcare experiences across digital solutions, products, and platforms, helping healthcare professionals work more efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will help design and evolve a wide range of healthcare products, platforms, and emerging technologies.

• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate user needs, business goals, and technology opportunities into meaningful solutions that improve clinical workflows and deliver value to healthcare professionals, patients, and customers.
• Create and iterate low- and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with UX researchers, designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, incorporating continuous feedback throughout the design process.
• Apply appropriate user-centered design methods throughout the product lifecycle to guide multidisciplinary teams in making informed product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with UX teams and business partners to align on strategies, processes, and experience goals.
• Partner with cross-functional UX professionals across research, strategy, and design to plan and conduct research, uncover unmet needs, evaluate UX impact, and ensure design solutions meet quality, safety, and user requirements.
• Represent user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user insights are reflected in product direction and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to a strong UX culture by championing design quality, fostering collaboration, and driving the continuous improvement of healthcare experiences across our global design organization.

Your qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design craftsmanship, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills across complex digital experiences.
• 7+ years of experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture or related discipline.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and a willingness to explore new tools and technologies that enhance design outcomes and team effectiveness.
• Proven experience partnering with software development teams, creating implementation-ready design specifications, and conducting design quality reviews to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to design system standards.
• Experience in medical technology is a plus; curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complex clinical workflows are even more important.
