Job Description
- Position: Senior UI/UX Designer
- Location: Hybrid – Preferably
- Salary: ₹5.5–6 LPA
- About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior UI/UX Designer who can craft seamless, user‑friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences specifically for iOS. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and ensuring our products deliver exceptional user satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, AI First Design or similar.
- Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and lead a small team.
- Experience working in product‑based/startup environments.
