Job Purpose

Responsible for driving tractor sales & achieving business targets with the assigned territories by developing and managing a strong dealer network, enhancing customer relationship and implementing company sales strategies. The role ensures market penetration, sales growth, market share growth, & brand visibility while maintaining compliance with company policies and delivering superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cascade the monthly volumes into daily volumes by models and variants for the dealer; track daily volume sales.
  • Suggest and provide inputs to dealers to enhance daily sales such as plant visits, meetings with bank representatives, trainings, promotional activities, etc., to achieve the target volume sale per dealer.
  • Monitor daily the working capital fund rotation per dealer through ADS tracking tool; influence the banking partners for faster rotation of funds.
  • Follow up with dealers for additional fund requirements for seasonal periods; receive billing requirements from dealers and share on a consolidated basis with Area Manager.
  • Follow up with dealers for completion of required documentation for timely submission to HO to minimize financial issues and enhance sales.
Experience Required

Having minimum of 12+ years of Tractor sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech (Agri/Mechanical Engg).
