Ramboll in India seeks a Telecom Tower Detailer to join the Hyderabad team. You will model and detail steel telecom structures using Tekla and AutoCAD, collaborating closely with design teams and clients to meet standards.

The role requires 1-5 years of Tekla experience, knowledge of IS 800/IS 802 and American codes, and strong English communication. You will work in a knowledge-based, collaborative environment that values professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or B.E in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Tekla modeling and detailing of steel structures and telecom towers.
• Sound understanding of Indian (IS 800, IS 802) and American detailing standards.
• Strong analytical and engineering skills with a structured, result-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete 3D structural models and detailed drawings as per client specifications and design standards.
• Create GA drawings, BoMs, and shop drawings in compliance with design and project requirements.
• Review and check drawings, coordinate production deliverables, and ensure quality compliance.
• Work collaboratively with project engineers and the Project In-Charge or Team Leader to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Support in the automation of detailing processes using programs, Lisp routines, or macros (preferred).
• Take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Contribute as a team player, maintaining strong coordination and communication across disciplines.

Job Description

As a Telecom Tower Detailer, you will be responsible for modeling and detailing steel structures, telecom towers, monopoles, and other telecom-related structures using Tekla and AutoCAD software. You will collaborate closely with design teams and clients to ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
