Sr. Technical Program Manager, Inbound Logistics

Join the International Seller Expansion Team, Amazon's fast-growing cross-border logistics platform that's revolutionizing how sellers ship inventory across the globe! As a Senior TPM for Inbound Logistics, you'll drive critical initiatives that help scale our rapidly expanding platform to the next level of growth. You'll be at the forefront of solving complex technical and operational challenges as we expand our multi-carrier logistics network across international markets. This role offers the unique opportunity to own end-to-end technical program management for key platform scalability initiatives, focusing on architechting and executing solutions that enhance service performance, reliability, and availability. In this role, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives to streamline carrier integration processes and optimize our technical infrastructure. You'll orchestrate complex cross-functional programs involving multiple Amazon teams and external carriers, while driving automation and optimization of operational processes to support our ambitious growth trajectory across cross-border logistics. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing critical platform challenges including service latency, system availability, and operational scalability. Your scope will encompass multiple charters SEND, CRIS, ABACUS across its key strategic pillars: Pricing & Economics, Seller Experience, Platform Scalability, and Coverage Expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth, experience with large-scale distributed systems, and a proven track record of delivering complex programs in fast-paced environments. Key job responsibilities

1. 1) You will have end-to-end ownership the existing product suite along with scaling of all our cross-border products that has a multi-billion dollar entitlement and is part of a must-win goal with SVP level visibility.
2. 2) You will setup optimal mechanisms to manage product delivery and scale the product.
3. 3) You will collaborate with 8+ WW teams by driving QTRs, leading design reviews, engaging with leadership to ensure successful delivery of goals.
4. 4) You constantly demonstrate are-right-a-lot by making build vs leverage decisions for key components of the product solution by making suitable tradeoffs. You take two way door decisions to optimize for speed of delivery when appropriate.
5. 5) You setup suitable mechanisms to ensure that you are able to scale the adoption of the product seamlessly.
6. 6) You will have a large ownership footprint as you evolve the tech stack act as the WW owner and be responsible for onboarding regional teams on to your tech solution.
7. 7) Given the disproportionate leadership interest in this area, you establish good engagement mechanisms to manage stakeholders and leadership.

A day in the life

1. 1) You lead brainstorming sessions with the SDEs and with external partners (upto L10 levels) to ensure the right decisions are made for product evolution.
2. 2) You contribute to tech vision documents to articulate the long term vision of the product.
3. 3) You collaborate with PM, SDM, WW partners to build solutions to solve complex problems to ensure the tech stack is evolving and moving towards the 3YP vision.
4. 4) You operationalize new mechanisms and strengthen existing ones to ensure that your team scales with the growing demand for your product solution.
5. 5) You work closely with 8+ VP orgs to influence them towards building scalable solutions that best serve our customers.

About the team

We are an early stage start-up who have launched multiple global cross border logistics solutions are live in 25+ cross-border regions across NA, EU, JP, AU and AE marketplaces and are now looking to enhance the SX and scale the platform to 50+ new regions in the next two years. Our charter is of strategic importance to WW consumer leadership with S-team visibility. We are expanding our team as we are at the cusp of a breakout with this unique opportunity.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
