Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Experience partnering with enterprise architects and engineering leaders.

• Background in program governance frameworks and risk management.
• Certified PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or PMI-ACP is preferred.

Leveraging technical expertise, this role unifies teams, delivers enterprise‑wide roadmaps, removes bottlenecks, escalates risks, and ensures effective collaboration across product and engineering functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery for Enterprise Technology programs or high‑profile capabilities, driving roadmaps and milestones.
• Partner with business partners, enterprise architects, technical leads, and stakeholders to define and scope requirements.
• Dive into technical details, provide feedback, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Create robust plans that identify deliverables, required resources, and timelines for solution builds.
• Map dependencies across systems, teams, and roadmaps, managing sequencing and proactively controlling risks.
• Facilitate architecture and design reviews to confirm technical feasibility and cross‑system alignment.
• Manage cross‑team dependencies, align roadmaps, and unblock teams.
• Support planning activities that identify dependencies and hold the team accountable to key deliverables.
• Define clear goals, prioritize work, and use data to drive focused decisions with stakeholders worldwide.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts, escalating when necessary.
• Keep sponsors and stakeholders informed on progress toward goals.
• Impose structure and clarity to ambiguous problems with minimal direction.
• Coach teams in an agile environment to improve planning and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• 2+ years vendor management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to create data‑driven reports.
• Deep understanding of the software product life cycle and how to apply it to enterprise SaaS systems.
• Experience partnering with enterprise architects and engineering leaders to influence design decisions.
• Ability to work with globally dispersed teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience shipping multiple features and services simultaneously in an Agile environment.
• Proficient with program‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) and building dashboards.
• Track record of driving large‑scale, multi‑year technical programs across products and business units.
• Background in dependency mapping, systems integration, and API lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of software architecture, data pipelines, and cloud‑native/SaaS environments.
• Success building or scaling program governance frameworks (operating rhythms, RACI models, risk management).
• Strong change‑management skills and experience guiding cultural and tooling shifts.
• Familiarity with financial services, private equity, or venture capital markets is a plus.
• Advanced certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or PMI‑ACP are preferred.
• Experience mentoring other TPMs or Program Managers.

Working Conditions

The role is based in a standard office setting with regular use of PC and phone. Limited travel may be required to remote offices or business meetings.
