Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

In this role, you'll navigate the complexity of large-scale financial systems integration. Your day might include facilitating alignment meetings with engineering and product teams on system architecture decisions, reviewing metrics and data to inform project direction, or presenting technical trade-offs to senior leadership. You'll work across dozens of stakeholders to ensure teams are delivering high-quality solutions while balancing immediate business needs with long-term product vision. You'll find yourself translating between technical and business contexts, helping diverse groups understand the implications of technology choices, and keeping teams synchronized around shared goals and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
