Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Product Manager within the Treasury Digital Technology team in Bengaluru. You will translate complex treasury requirements into actionable user stories, drive monthly releases, and collaborate with Trax and Quantum teams to deliver scalable financial solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in technical product management or treasury systems, strong Agile experience, and a solid grasp of APIs, data transfers, security, and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in technical product management, software development, or a treasury-related systems role.
• Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as APIs, data transfer, security, coding, databases.

Responsibilities

• Drive Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives: gather requirements, facilitate feedback loops, and fine-tune product features to align with business needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features in Trax and Quantum.
• Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
• Manage the sprint backlog and short-term product roadmap to ensure consistent delivery of monthly releases.
• Engage frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into actionable user stories, technical specifications, and clear work units for development teams.
• Partner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy and harmonized development process across the different applications PODS.
• Apply Agile Methodology and Lean tools
