Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing and failure analysis to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of automotive components. Execute test procedures, analyze test results, and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage testing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality guidelines. Must be familiar with automotive component testing standards such as USCAR, GMW, IEC, and VW.
- Familiar with electrical tests such as IR, derating, temperature rise, dielectric strength, and current cycling.
- Hands‑on experience working with environmental chambers, including climate chamber, thermal shock, and oven.
- Experience in UTM, pressure vacuum test, etc.
