• Experience supporting the analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support of IT solutions.
• Experience working with development teams and business stakeholders in a collaborative delivery environment.

• Translate business needs into solution designs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Coordinate and support testing activities, defect triage, and readiness for deployment.
• Provide support for production issues and help resolve system or process-related concerns.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and work with related applications and platforms, including ServiceMax, Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise systems where applicable.
• Help ensure deliverables meet expectations for quality, reliability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement across business processes and IT solutions.
