Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Platform Engineer to drive software, data engineering and platform initiatives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

The role focuses on building and deploying AI-enabled solutions, working across Python, SQL, and AWS services, with a shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST in a hybrid setup. You will mentor teams, lead platform engineering efforts, and contribute to cutting-edge AI capabilities while continuously learning new technologies in a global

Qualifications

• Professional experience in software, data engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python with production-grade development experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and complex data transformations.
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and practical implementation exposure.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, Glue, DMS, API Gateway, OpenSearch, ECS, Kinesis) relevant to data and platform engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and flexibility to work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift.
• Passion for R&D and continuous learning in new and emerging technologies.
• Exposure to front-end or full-stack technologies such as Angular and Node.js.
• Experience with modern data stack tools and orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps and platform reliability best practices.
