You will oversee Java/J2EE applications, drive stakeholder management, and lead critical client communications in enterprise environments. You will provide architectural leadership for a team of Java engineers, enforce CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to SLAs while guiding production incident resolution and continuous improvement

We are seeking a Sr Technical Lead or Java Technical Manager to lead our Application Management Services (AMS) delivery team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and client satisfaction by overseeing robust Java/J2EE applications while driving strategic stakeholder management and leading critical client communications.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Lead high-stakes client calls, steering technical discussions, status updates, and critical incident reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Manage senior stakeholders on the client side, aligning technical delivery with their overarching business objectives and handling escalations effectively.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.
• Prepare and Drive - Monthly review calls,

Service Delivery & AMS Management

• Own the end-to-end delivery of production support and minor enhancements under the AMS framework, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle client escalation, Drive incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring rapid root-cause analysis (RCA) and long-term resolution stability.
• Optimize resource allocation, balancing operational maintenance tasks with continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance and deep technical oversight to a team of Java engineers working on enterprise-level ecosystems.
• Enforce best practices in code quality, security standards, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Review technical designs and guide the team through complex troubleshooting patterns in production environments.

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience & Soft Skills

• Proven track record as a Sr Technical Lead or Manager within an AMS or managed services model.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a demonstrated ability to anchor global client calls independently.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and behave calmly under pressure during high-priority production outages.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies as well as ITIL framework standards.
