Atidiv in Pune is seeking a Senior Training Team Leader – Content Moderation to shape the strategy of the training function, mentor senior peers, and drive high-impact decisions. You will oversee 3+ trainers, manage shifts, and maintain a strong performance track record with cross-functional collaboration to meet goals.

A bachelor's degree is required with a reliable WFH setup; role is primarily office-based in Pune with some remote work when batches are not assigned. An annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience managing 3+ trainers or an entire shift directly for >3 years with >=4 rating in last 12 months.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, good process knowledge, analytical abilities, and presentation skills.
• Adaptable to different shifts and workdays as per process requirements.

As a Senior Training Team Leader, you will be in a more strategic and leadership oriented role, actively participating in high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Your pivotal role involves shaping the team's strategy and direction. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and advisor to both fellow team leads and team members, leveraging your extensive experience and deeper understanding of the industry and organizational objectives.
