Lead and oversee a team of highly skilled systems engineers in the design, development, and delivery of advanced systems and solutions
Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the companys goals and objectives, Drive innovation and guide the development of cuttingedge systems
Set clear objectives and expectations for the team
Manage project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of projects
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team
Regularly evaluate and provide feedback to team members
Identify and mitigate risks, and make datadriven decisions to keep projects on track
Champion best practices in systems engineering and integration
Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to drive technological advancements
Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering and engineering management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Experience in leading complex system integration projects
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
