Job summary

Visa, Bengaluru-based team, is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to design and implement AI-enhanced automated test frameworks, drive CI/CD integration, and deliver data-driven quality improvements across complex software systems.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to shape testing strategies, mentor junior testers, and champion innovative automation practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in developing and executing software test plans.
• Experience in analyzing and writing test standards and procedures.
• Experience in maintaining documentation of test results.
• Experience in analyzing test results and recommending corrective action.

• Co-Engineering: Co-engineer with developers to build in-house automation tools and integrate AI coding assistants.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 3 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor''s degree.
• Experience in developing and executing software test plans.
