Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Kinaxis Rapid Response Analyst to deliver end-to-end planning solutions for global Operations, across Consumer, Logitech for Business and DTX e-commerce. The role emphasizes configuring RapidResponse, analyzing business requirements, and advancing AI capabilities within Kinaxis.

The candidate will support 24x6 global operations, with strong analytical, SQL and ERP integration skills, and experience with JIRA/Asana. Strong communication and collaborative drive are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Exposure to Kinaxis applications: Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Component Planning.
• Basic understanding of integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems.
• Experience in application testing, bug fixing and production support.
• Exposure to Kinaxis upgrades or performance improvement activities is preferred.
• Experience in creating or maintaining Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation in Kinaxis is preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge in Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, Component Planning and Order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Understand Supply Chain Planning processes and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Configure and enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions with senior team members.
• Analyze requirements and translate into functional/technical designs.

The Role:

Logitech is looking for Kinaxis Rapid Response Analyst with 8+ years' experience in delivering projects in Supply Chain Management and 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementations. This role must have strong analytical and configuration experience in both Rapid response and Oracle eBS (R12 / Fusion)

The role involves delivering end to end planning solutions for global Operations planning, including the specific planning development to support different business segments across Consumer, Logitech for Business and, DTX e-commerce. The role involves the development of future state capabilities across component planning, build planning (Master Production Scheduling) as well as advancing our Kinaxis Agentic and AI capabilities. The candidate will need to have the flexibility to support specific shift patterns as part of our global 24x6 support coverage to the global operations business function.

• Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts and business processes.
• Exposure to one or more of the following Kinaxis applications: Supply Planning, Demand Planning or Component Planning

• Basic understanding of integration between Kinaxis and ERP systems.
• Experience in application testing, bug fixing and production support.
• Exposure to Kinaxis application upgrades or performance improvement activities is preferred.
• Experience in creating or maintaining Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation in Kinaxis is preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, Demand Planning, Component Planning and Order fulfillment
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL/query writing is an advantage.
• Exposure to Agile project management practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Asana is preferred.
• Interest or exposure to AI and Agentic Supply Chain capabilities is an advantage.
