TI Solutions Lucknow invites applications for a Senior Staff Backend Engineer / Principal Engineer to lead core backend services for a scalable data-intensive platform. You will drive architectural decisions, design scalable data workflows, and ensure reliability, observability, and auditability across multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of relevant backend/software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.
• Strong experience developing backend services using FastAPI or comparable Python frameworks.
• Excellent SQL skills with relational databases and data modeling.

• Linux Administration experience and Linux-based production environments.

• Strong practical experience with Docker.

Architecture & Engineering Quality :-

• Experience designing configuration‑driven and/or rules‑based architectures.

• Strong experience with code reviews, technical documentation, engineering standards, and production readiness.

Leadership & Technical Ownership:-

The candidate should have demonstrated experience operating at a Senior Staff, Principal, or equivalent level, including:

• Leading engineering initiatives across multiple teams or functions.
• Mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering practices.
• Reviewing designs and code for scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
