Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6-8 years in software with experience in Full Stack engineering.
• Proficiency in full stack software development, including modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or comparable technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data pipelines, cloud-based services, and application integration patterns.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services and APIs into software applications and business workflows.
• Understanding of automation, intelligent workflows, and decision-support capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including coding copilots and code-generation assistants.
• Ability to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, high-quality user interfaces.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including secure coding, testing, code review, version control, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements for healthcare applications, including HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with AI engineers, product managers, designers, and clinical or operational stakeholders.
