Job summary

IFF, based in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Procurement to support Global Costing and Master Data operations on a hybrid basis. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction across global procurement functions.

You will contribute to costing requests, master data activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, and Business teams. 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Global Costing Operations: Execute end-to-end costing requests in line with SOPs and SLAs; Validate costing inputs and maintain data accuracy; Support pricing updates; Collaborate with regional stakeholders.
• Case Management & Service Delivery: Manage ServiceNow and Procurement Master Data cases; Review ageing cases; Document resolutions; Escalate complex issues.
• Master Data Management: Maintain high-quality procurement master data; Validate data; Support audits and governance.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and Business teams; Provide timely updates; Guide stakeholders on requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements; Support automation and standardization; Share knowledge.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs like TAT, backlog, productivity; Analyze trends; Support management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Global Costing Operations

• Execute end-to-end costing requests in alignment with defined SOPs and SLAs.
• Validate costing inputs and maintain data accuracy across procurement systems.
• Support pricing and costing updates while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to resolve costing-related queries and discrepancies.

Case Management & Service Delivery

• Manage ServiceNow and Procurement Master Data cases within agreed turnaround times.
• Review and proactively resolve ageing and non-ageing cases.
• Ensure accurate documentation of resolutions and case closures.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.

Master Data Management

• Maintain high-quality, consistent, and accurate procurement master data.
• Perform data validation, corrections, and updates as required.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and data governance initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders on operational requests.
• Provide timely updates and maintain effective communication.
• Guide stakeholders on process requirements and system capabilities.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and cross-training activities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track operational KPIs including TAT, backlog, productivity, and ageing cases.
• Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Support preparation of management reports and operational reviews.
