Job summary

Concentrix in India is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Governance, Risk and Compliance (AI TCF) to lead AI governance, risk assessments, and compliance activities across the AI lifecycle.

You will develop policies, perform risk assessments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Tech teams to embed responsible AI practices. The role requires 8–12 years in GRC with AI governance experience, ISO/IEC 42001 familiarity, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, or Technology Risk; AI governance experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF; regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits, certification programs, control assessments, risk remediation, and cross-functional governance initiatives.
