Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience.

• 5+ years hands-on Python and PySpark, Pandas, NumPy, Flask, FastAPI.
• 1+ years hands-on Angular, Node, NPM, CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
• Hands-on with MQ, Kafka and integration solutions.
• 5+ years SQL Server and big data concepts.
• 5+ years CI/CD and DevOps tools: Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Git, security scanning, etc.
• 5+ years banking industry exposure, preferably Trading & Risk domain.
• 1 year AI tool/editors like Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
• Experience using AI/LLM for development productivity.
• Cloud exposure (public or private) and related concepts.
• Good debugging skills to support production incidents.
• 3+ years Agile/POD with Scrum/Kanban.

This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Design and develop applications using Python, PySpark, Flask and other Python related technology stack along with basic working knowledge of Angular and related UI technologies Ensure the code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability of the applications. Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices using tools like Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, Jira, Git, etc. Work in an agile/POD based environment and deliver features in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and provide solutions.
