Job summary

Genpact invites a Senior F&A Treasury Specialist to join its AI-driven treasury team in Hyderabad. You will monitor cash positions, manage global banking relationships, and process high-value payments with strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance preferred.
• Certifications in AP, CFA, CTP and FMI analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across global bank accounts.
• Manage banking relationships and account signatories.
• Process high-value payments and ensure accuracy of settlements.
• Assist in cash forecasting and variance analysis.
• Support FX transactions and hedge accounting coordination.
• Operate treasury management systems and automate workflows.

Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet short-term and long-term financial obligations. Optimize the use of available cash, including sweeping, pooling, or intercompany lending. 2. Banking Operations & Relationship Management Manage operational relationships with banking partners. Support account openings, closures, and maintenance of signatories and documentation. Ensure proper bank fees, services, and compliance with banking agreements. 3. Payments & Settlements Review and process high-value and time-sensitive payments (e.g., wire transfers, FX payments). Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payment execution through treasury or ERP systems. Monitor internal controls over payment authorization and segregation of duties. 4. Cash Forecasting & Planning Assist in short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis. Collect cash flow data from business units to improve forecasting accuracy. Support liquidity planning for operational and capital needs. 5. Foreign Exchange & Risk Management Support execution of FX transactions and hedging strategies in coordination with treasury leadership. Monitor exposures and assist in risk analysis for interest rate, FX, and commodity risks. Maintain records of derivative contracts and ensure accounting compliance (e.g., hedge accounting). 6. Treasury Systems & Tools Operate and maintain treasury management systems (TMS) and banking portals. Support integration and automation of treasury workflows (e.g., bank reconciliations, payment runs). Troubleshoot system issues and recommend enhancements. 7. Compliance & Internal Controls Ensure treasury operations comply with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation and support internal/external audits or SOX compliance reviews. Maintain updated records for treasury procedures and risk controls. 8. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports (e.g., cash positions, FX exposure, debt schedules). Analyze trends and support management with treasury KPIs and decision-making insights. Contribute to monthly and quarterly finance reports as needed. 9. Debt & Investment Support (if applicable) Support administration of corporate debt, credit facilities, and loan covenants.
