Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur, India, is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to support end-to-end treasury activities including cash management, intercompany settlements, and debt servicing. You will coordinate liquidity reporting, bank reconciliations, and FX settlements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Professional certifications in CFA, CPA, CRP, or related programs.
• Proficient in banking operations, liquidity risk, and treasury cash management.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2).

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positions across bank accounts, legal entities and currencies.
• Prepare daily cash and liquidity reports, forecast vs actual variance analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations; investigate discrepancies and timing differences.
• Process approved manual wire transfers, book transfers and treasury payments.
• Follow maker-checker, segregation of duties and payment authorization controls.
• Process intercompany settlements, funding draws and repayments; maintain schedules.
• Process settlements for FX/hedge transactions; reconcile with bank records.
• Maintain debt rosters and schedules; coordinate debt service payments.
• Perform interest calculations for fixed and floating debt; validate terms.
• Support covenant calculations and lender reporting; maintain debt calendar.
• Support funding/draw requests and bank portal administration.
• Support period-end treasury close and SOX controls.

The role is responsible for accurate and timely cash positioning, liquidity reporting, bank reconciliations, Treasury payments, intercompany settlements and funding, approved FX settlements, bank administration, debt schedule maintenance, debt servicing, interest calculations, covenant compliance and funding / draw requests.
