Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist to join our DDIT US&I D&A Operations team. This role will support Novartis' commercial AI/ML/LLM/GenAI operations and ensure the successful deployment of digital platforms and services at scale to deliver our digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver IT Service Management for the Advanced Analytics service line across ITIL processes, Service Operations, and continual service improvement, including supplier operational governance.
- Support in predictive and preventive operations to identify gaps, reduce MTTR, improve delivery times, and enhance CSAT in collaboration with service lines.
- Manage service operations with standardized services, processes, and tools to ensure efficient, high-quality services.
- Provide analytical reports for supplier governance calls, ensuring quality, KPI, SLA, and CSAT targets are met.
- Lead deployment and management of digital platforms supporting the digital strategy.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless operations management and execution.
- Identify and implement process simplifications and improvements for operational efficiency and stability.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of Asset attributes in Configuration and Asset Management.
- Engage as super user for process-related matters and develop processes for audit management.
- Act as SPOC for internal and external audits, coordinating activities and ensuring compliance.
- Monitor vendor compliance and conduct internal reviews or audits to ensure adherence to procedures.
- Investigate compliance issues and provide support for real-time quality and escalation issues.
- Maintain a Security Calendar for tracking security requirements and testing schedules.

Qualifications:
- Experience managing support operations for data analytics platforms on cloud environments like AWS and Snowflake.
- Expertise in digital platform roadmaps, upgrades, and hotfixes.
- Knowledge of Pharma Commercial & Digital Data sources and sourcing strategies.
- Understanding of MLOps and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to monitor emerging technologies and influence decision-making.
- Leadership skills, IT governance, and team-building capabilities.
- Experience in vendor management and analytical technologies.
- Knowledge of descriptive and prescriptive analytics frameworks.

Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years supporting data analytics platforms on cloud (AWS, Snowflake).
- Production experience with AI/ML, Gen-AI projects.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management, change management, and risk mitigation.
- Experience leading multiple delivery cycles in an Agile environment.
- Strong leadership, financial, strategic, operational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
