Job summary

Whatfix is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Bengaluru to drive product implementation and customer success. You will partner with customers to configure and integrate Whatfix solutions within enterprise apps, ensuring seamless user experiences across environments.

The role demands 3+ years in web tech (HTML/JS/CSS), APIs, and databases, plus strong problem solving, architecture knowledge, and communication skills. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving skills.
• 3+ years of work experience in Web Technology (HTML, JS, CSS), APIs and Databases.
• Experience on other languages and frameworks is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust code for various features across environments and platforms.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures to support product growth and integrations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the application and implement effective solutions.

• Acquire and leverage knowledge across Enterprise Applications to define implementation frameworks.
• Pilot new feature releases to influence the product roadmap.

Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer is a highly strategic, high-exposure role that will drive the use of Whatfix, being a trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the products implementation, and internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of Whatfix implementation. You will drive the onboarding, product solution-ing, end-to-end implementation of the product, to deliver a seamless user experience.

What you will be doing

• Develop, test, and maintain robust code for various features, ensuring functionality across different environments and platforms.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures that support the Products growth and evolution, considering future feature additions and integrations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Application, applying problem-solving skills to devise and implement effective solutions.
• Work with our customers to configure, test & integrate Whatfix solutions into enterprise applications
• Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
• Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Customer Success, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing

What are we looking for

• BTech CSE, BTech IT / ITES, MTech, BCA, or MCA with No Backlogs.
• Excellent Problem solving skills.
• Full-Time work experience - At least 3 years of Work experience in Web Technology (HTML, JS, CSS), APIs and Databases
• Experience on other Languages and Frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge on Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations.
