Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Solution Architect in the ENM domain in Noida, India, to analyze, design and develop end-to-end technical solutions for customers. You will translate customer needs into detailed offerings and proposals while driving profitable business for Ericsson.

You will lead workshops, present technical solutions, and collaborate with R&D to improve products. Strong OSS/BSS, cloud, and LTE experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Engineering/ICT degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Integration Engineer or Software Developer roles.
• Significant cloud fulfilment experience (MANO) and cloud tech interacting with C-level customers.
• Strong OSS/BSS, NFVI, RAN, IP/MPLS knowledge.
• Proficient with IT/OSS orchestration, fulfilment, inventory, automation, and catalog tools.
• Proven capability to lead customer workshops and define HLD/LLD architectures.
• Hands-on LTE OSS, disaster recovery, and Telco Cloud migrations.

Our Exciting Opportunity:

Ericsson is growing! As a result, we are now looking a Solution Architect in ENM domain, who will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for our customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals.

In this role, you would:

• Scope, define & design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions
• Analyse customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis
• Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
• Develop technical presentations, conduct workshops & perform customer presentations
• Provide feedback to R&D on product improvements
• Innovate and generate potential business for Ericsson
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about solution to enable customer competence build.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering/ICT or equivalent
• Experience from technical job roles is required, from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer, Solution Architect
• Significant experience in Cloud fulfilment (MANO) and Cloud technologies and interacting with C-level customers
• Significant experience in OSS Transformation domain, Cloud, NFVI and secondary domain knowledge: RAN, PS/CS CORE, IP/MPLS
• Sound knowledge of IT/OSS (Orchestration, Fulfilment, Inventory, Automation, Catalog etc) and Positioning solutions and adept experience in Linux
• Programming Languages – SQL and UNIX and good experience of ENM, ENIQ, OMBS, VIO are an added advantage
• Knowledge of Cloud Open stack is an advantage!
• Adept communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Expertise in Telecom OSS/BSS, EMS/NMS, network rollout, and legacy-to-next-gen modernization.
• Proven track record in leading customer workshops, analyzing AS-IS/TO-BE inventory processes, and defining HLD/LLD architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LTE OSS, Stretched Clusters, Disaster Recovery, and Telco Cloud migrations.
