Job summary

Freyr Energy, India's second-largest residential rooftop solar company, is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive monthly solar PV system sales for residential clients. The role includes leading generation, channel development, and close collaboration with the AGM Sales to maximize orders.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Graduation, 1–2 years of sales experience, and strong networking and negotiation skills. Proficiency with MS Office and email writing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets for residential solar PV systems.
• Lead generation: follow up marketing leads and work with marketing to maximize conversions; develop channel partners in the territory with AGM Sales.
• Develop ROI/payback calculations to include in proposals.
• Perform site surveys and generate techno-commercial proposals using Freyr Energy Platform.
• Provide daily reports to AGM Sales / Sr. SM on key business and process parameters.
• Ensure timely payment from clients against project milestones and report deviations.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting Monthly Sales targets of Solar PVsystems for Residential clients.
  
• Lead Generation - Ensure that all marketing leads beingassigned are followed up and work with marketing team tomaximize deal conversion and order bookings. Apart from this,the candidate is expected to generate their own leads anddevelop channel partner network in their territory withassistant from the AGM Sales
  
• Develop an understanding of ROI, payback calculation toincorporate in their sales proposals to potential customers
  
• Perform Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposalsusing the Freyr Energy Platform etc.
  
• Report on daily basis to AGM Sales/ Sr. SM on criticalparameters related to business and internal processes
  
• Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time againstevery project milestone. Report deviations to AGM and resolve ina timely manner.
  

Requirements

Educational requirement: Diploma orGraduation in any discipline. Experience: 1-2yrs (Sales experiencepreferred) Skills expected. Networking and relationship management withclients Good negotiation skills
