Job summary

Heptarc is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead development on the Force.com platform, with strong architecture and integration skills. Hybrid role based in Chennai, requiring 10+ years of full-stack Salesforce experience and 8+ years in Apex, Triggers, and CPQ/billing knowledge.

The candidate will work on end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, with focus on security models, SOQL/SOSL, and deployment best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development on Force.com
• 12+ years in Salesforce Architecture
• Experience with Salesforce best practices for system development and integration
• Strong background in database design and system architecture
• Experience migrating from Classic to Lightning
• 8+ years with Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Future Methods, REST calls from Apex
• Experience with Visualforce Pages, Remoting, and JSON handling in Apex
• End-to-end CRM implementations using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing)
• Proficient in SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Web Services and REST API
• Experience with integration patterns and bulk data uploads
• CPQ and/or Billing experience is a plus
• Familiar with release management, source control, and deployment tools like ANT, Metadata API, Copado, Git, DevOps

• Strong background in database design and system architecture
• Experience doing major transformation from Classic to Lightning.
• 8+ Years of experience with Apex Triggers, Batch Classes and @Future Methods, Controllers Calling REST web services from Apex, generating and parsing JSON in Apex Visualforce Pages and Components Visualforce Remoting Effective Apex unit testing, including web service mocking
• In depth expertise in implementing end to end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, Apex Sharing etc).
• Experience working with intermediate to advanced queries using SOQL & SOSL.
• Knowledge of Web Services and REST API.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including application programming interfaces (API) and bulk data uploads.
• Experience in CPQ and/or Billing is an advantage.
• Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Copado, Git (Code Commit) and DevOps in a Salesforce environment.
