Core Python Development

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Hands‑on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).

Frontend Development

• Strong experience with React.js.
• Experience consuming and integrating backend APIs.

Database Management

• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience working with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM.
• Understanding of database performance tuning and indexing concepts.

Messaging & Real‑Time Applications

• Experience with Celery for asynchronous task execution.

• Exposure to RabbitMQ or other message brokers is preferred.
• Understanding of WebSockets and real‑time communication frameworks is an added advantage.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Experience with unit testing using PyTest and/or Django Test Framework.
• API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools.

DevOps & Deployment

• Proficiency in Git‑based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Basic understanding of web server configuration (Nginx).
• Experience with AWS services such as:
• EC2
• S3
• RDS
• Understanding of cloud‑native application deployment and management.
• Exposure to AWS Lambda and DynamoDB is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of code review practices and Git workflows.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation.
