Job summary

YASH Technologies in Pune is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Java with 5–7 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deliver robust backend services.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and NoSQL databases on cloud-enabled architectures, collaborating across teams and owning end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience required.

• Java: Strong hands‑on Java development.


• Spring Boot: Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and backend development.


• Microservices: Candidate should have both architecture and implementation experience in Microservices.


• Resume Screening: Microservices experience should be clearly and specifically mentioned in the candidate’s resume with projects.


• Kafka: Hands‑on Kafka experience is required, also candidate should have worked with Kafka for least 2–3 times/projects.


• Kafka Architecture: Candidate should understand producer/consumer concepts and event‑driven/asynchronous architecture.


• Communication: Experience with RESTful APIs / WebClient and synchronous/asynchronous communication.


• Database: Experience with NoSQL databases is required.


• Full Stack: Full‑stack Java developers can also be considered.


• Cloud: Good to have knowledge or experience on Microsoft Azure.


• Security: Practical experience with JWT/security implementation is preferred.


• End-to-End Ownership: Candidate should be able to demonstrate ownership from design → implementation → delivery.


• Technical Evaluation: Candidates should have genuine hands‑on knowledge of the technologies mentioned in the JD, as the interview will focus on discussing their actual project experience.
