Job summary

YASH Technologies is hiring for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator professionals in Bengaluru. The role focuses on EDI using IBM Sterling Integrator, X12/EDIFACT mappings, and migrations from other middleware. Strong documentation, requirements gathering and leadership are essential.

The candidate will lead a team, communicate with onsite business analysts and customers, and design complex maps for conversions while ensuring timely delivery on migration projects.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of Experience in EDI area with IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Experience on X12 standards, Flat Files and XML.
• Ability to understand and document requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Strong documentation skills and excellent communication.
• Experience in migrations from middleware to IBM Sterling Integrator; knowledge of MFT is a plus.
• Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP protocols and EDI interfaces/adapters.
• Ability to lead a large team and interact with onsite business analysts and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and write complex maps for EDIFACT/ANSI X12 conversions.
• Review and guide development and EDI BAs with BA activities.
• Elicit requirements from business users and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate migrations to IBM Sterling Integrator amid tight timelines.
• Work with trade partners to set up EDI interfaces and translators.

• Experience in working in Migration projects with tight timelines.
• Expertise in working on migrations from different middleware to IBM Sterling Integrator.
• Knowledge on MFT is an added advantage
• Process modeler Working knowledge of FTP,SFTP, AS2, HTTP protocols and EDI Interfaces, Adapters
• Strong Communication skills, ability to work with trade partners for set up
• Ability to understand and elicit requirements from business users Good understanding of business and ability to lead a large team
• Reviewing and gathering requirements. Identifying gaps in requirements and articulate, raise clarifications
• Designing, writing complex maps for conversion to EDIFACT, ANSI X12 standards for documents received in various formats and working with EDI Translators.
• Ability to review as well as guide the team with development and EDI BA’s with the BA activities
• Understand and articulate fixes required for support tickets and communicate with Users/Customer SME’s
• Communicate with stakeholders and provided status updates/reporting
• Should have excellent communication Skills and able to interact with onsite BAs and customers.
