Solid knowledge of system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Hands-on experience in Salesforce SFMC integrations (highly desirable). Preferable experience in automating lead management processes. Advantage: Experience integrating social media platforms with Salesforce. Salesforce certifications (Developer / Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
