Job summary

Earnmodes is seeking a Sr Software Development Engineer in Bengaluru to lead the development and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions. You will design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and leverage Salesforce capabilities to deliver robust business processes.

• Salesforce PD1 certification; strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Gearset CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Revenue Cloud / ARM solutions.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI application development, Agentic AI frameworks, or enterprise AI solutions (Nice to have)
• Exposure to Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Salesforce Agentforce, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms (Nice to have)
• Experience integrating AI agents and AI-powered workflows with Salesforce applications.
• Strong interest and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies and apply them to Salesforce and Revenue Cloud ecosystems (Must have)
• Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
