Job summary

Ericsson in Gurgaon is seeking a senior software developer with 9+ years of Java Enterprise experience, strong multi-threading, and design patterns, plus a solid testing mindset. Proficiency in English is required and candidates must attend a face-to-face interview in Gurgaon on Saturday.

Qualifications include BE/B.Tech/MCA or higher in CS, Git/Gradle experience, Agile/Lean background, and exposure to Kubernetes. Knowledge of Linux and DB optimization is preferred.

• Solid object-oriented Java (Enterprise) programming skills, with exposure to multi-threading, collections, and design patterns.
• Experience in Software development environments and tools like Git/Gradle.
• Quality mindset, good experience in unit and function testing. Preferably, experience with Junit.
• Experience from working with Lean & Agile principles and like to work in a flexible team environment.
• Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized application deployment workflows.
• Experience with DB handling (table and query optimizations, indexing etc.)
• Prior experience on Linux as development environment is preferred.
• Great interpersonal skills, flexibility, and willingness to adapt & respond to change
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new things
• A positive and inspiring approach in your everyday work
• English proficiency both written and spoken
