As a Senior Engineer, you will own end-to-end features, drive technical decisions, mentor teammates, and deliver scalable backend and frontend solutions using Java/Python, React, and cloud services across a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
• Backend: Java Spring Boot, Python, microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, Kafka.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, frontend architecture, performance optimization.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, ECS.
• System Design: scalability, reliability, security, performance, trade-off analysis.
• AI exposure: hands-on with AI-enabled features, LLMs, workflow automation, RAG apps, AI assistants.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ownership of services and features; mentor junior engineers and drive production deployment.
• Technical ownership and design/delivery of medium-to-large features and services.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive implementation decisions within services and product areas.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Full stack: backend APIs, event-driven systems, frontend with React/TypeScript.
• AI/Automation: design AI-enabled capabilities and workflow integrations, RAG apps.
• Observability, monitoring, operational readiness, cost optimization.
• Mentorship and code/design reviews; share best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements and architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• SSE is an experienced engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of services and features. They are expected to handle ambiguity, make technical decisions within their teams scope, mentor junior engineers, and drive implementation from requirements through production. They contribute heavily to architecture but do not own organization-wide technical strategy
• Technical Ownership
• Own the design and delivery of medium-to-large features and services
• Break down ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive implementation decisions within assigned services and product areas
• Ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, security, and performance requirements
• Full Stack Development
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript
• Improve application architecture and maintainability
• AI & Automation
• Design and implement AI-enabled product capabilities
• Build workflow automation solutions and business process integrations
• Design and implement RAG-based applications and intelligent search solutions
• Evaluate tradeoffs when integrating AI into products
• Guide teams on practical AI implementation approaches
• Reliability & Operations
• Troubleshoot complex production issues
• Drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational readiness
• Optimize system performance and cost

• Conduct code reviews and design reviews
