Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, data modelling, performance tuning, cost optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL development and stored procedures within Snowflake.
• Expertise in ELT/ETL pipelines for data load and transformation to and from Snowflake.
• Experience with Snowpark, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, and Cloning.
• Experience in building and automating CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments in Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Snowflake security best practices, including RBAC and resource monitoring.
• Ability to configure Snowflake storage and compute resources for optimized data processing.
• Ability to work with business SMEs from requirements to solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for cloud-based data solutions and scalable architectures.

Requirements

Title: Sr. Snowflake Developer

Experience: 4-5 years

Location: Pune

We are seeking a passionate Snowflake Developer with expertise in data modelling, cloud architecture, SQL, and stored procedures.

Requirement (Must have)

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, designing scalable data solutions, data modelling, performance tuning, cost optimization etc
• Strong proficiency in SQL development and stored procedures within the Snowflake environment
• Expertise in ELT/ETL pipelines for data load and transformation to and from Snowflake and best practices for efficient data architecture.
• Experience with Snowpark, Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, and Cloning
• Experience in building and automating CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments in Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Snowflake security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and resource monitoring
• Ability to configure Snowflake storage and compute resources for optimized data processing.
• Ability to work with business SMEs during different phases starting requirements to solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for cloud-based data solutions and scalable architectures

Nice to have

• Knowledge of integrating Snowflake with analytics tools for reporting
• Working knowledge of financial markets, particularly mutual funds, and investment funds
• Working knowledge of Python scripting and automation
