Job summary

KLDiscovery Limited is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer in India to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce integrations and related applications. You will work on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and data automation while coordinating with other engineers and the Salesforce Administrator.

The role emphasizes improving code quality, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering across teams to deliver robust Salesforce solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5 years of Salesforce development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, Visualforce, and Screen Flows to extend Salesforce.
• Assist with release cycles to deploy updates to applications.
• Work with integrated apps like HubSpot, Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle, DocuSign, Conga, and others.
• Test and document programs across unit, integration, system, and automation testing.
• Maintain coding standards and data quality; perform peer code reviews.
• Provide technical support and bug fixes in Production within SLA.
• Create design and user documentation; enforce development processes and workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers; collaborate across teams and departments.
• Demonstrate company values, proactively suggest improvements, and participate in additional activities.

KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking aSenior Salesforce Engineerposition.

This person will join with other team members to developCRM (Salesforce) Integrations and website administration, includingthe softwaredevelopment, testing, and systems automation. Under the supervisionofsuperiors, they willbe responsible forresearching relevant technologies, developing new software solutions, and creating automation for both platform tests and upgrade procedures.They will also mentor, coach, andtrainentry and mid-levelSalesforceengineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), LightningWebComponents,Aura components,Visualforce,Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, digital experience sitesto extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Assistwith each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
• Working with integrated applications suchHubSpot,Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle,DocuSign, Conga, and other custom applications.
• Test,refine, and document programs includingvarious typesof testing - unit testing, integration testing, system and workflow testing, acceptance testing, regression, performance,exploratory testing, andautomation testing in Selenium.

• Perform peer code reviews.
• Support bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production.
• Create design and user documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Salesforce product knowledge and at least5 yearsof Salesforce development experiencerequired.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific field preferred.
• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce,Javascript,screen flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports,anddigital experience sitesrequired.
• Experience architecting custom solutions in Salesforce.
• Competency in HTML, XML, Flex, SQL,C#,.NET,MVC, CSS, REST and SOAP-based web services preferred.
• Experiencedeveloping on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services preferred.
• Capable of problem identification and resolutions.
• Ability to learn from others and adapt to standards.
• Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures.
• Ability to work in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to pass a background check upon offer.
