Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, Trigger Frameworks, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Custom Objects, Record Types, and Page Layouts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries, application performance, scalability, and compliance with governor limits and development best practices.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Support data migration, Bulk API processing, Large Data Volume (LDV) implementations, data quality initiatives, integration monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Develop secure, reusable, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform customization. The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Trigger Frameworks, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Custom Objects, Record Types, and Page Layouts.

Integrations, Data & Platform Management

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and enterprise middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar solutions.
• Support data migration, Bulk API processing, Large Data Volume (LDV) implementations, data quality initiatives, integration monitoring, logging, error handling, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Develop secure, reusable, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator

Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.
