Job summary

Hitachi Energy India Limited in Chennai invites an Experienced Professional to join our Sales, Marketing & Product Management team, focusing on HV/MV switchgear sales. You will drive front-end sales, travel to meet customers, and support pre-sales activities.

This role requires at least 5 years in HV/MV switchgear sales, strong communication, and English proficiency. You will develop marketing strategies, engage with industries, utilities and EPCs, and help manage orders and customer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in High Voltage/Medium Voltage Switchgear Sales.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for Sales Target of HV Switchgears business in Zone South, Chennai.
• Front end sales role needs travelling and meeting customers
• Attending and arranging customer events/ seminars/ presentations
• Strong customer connect at appropriate levels
• Pre- Sales Business Development with technical spec in activities, marketing activities.
• Promote Portfolio in various segment like Industries, Utilities, EPCs
• Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team to execute the order.
• Payment Collection as per forecast. Submission of on time reports and using tools like SFDC
• Attending and resolution of customer complaints using CCRP tool. Safety, Quality and Integrity to be followed.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Candidate should have Education – BE Electrical from reputed University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in High Voltage/ Medium Voltage Switchgear Sales.
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
