Job summary

Headcounts Hr in Mumbai seeks an experienced advisor to guide Super HNI clients in Equity, Derivatives, currency and commodity markets. You will manage a book size of 25 lacs and above, drive revenue through proactive advisory and cross-sell mutual funds, PMS and insurance.

You will handle client queries within tight timelines, acquire new clients, profile financial needs, and support continuous improvement of advisory skills through calls, targets and regular meetings.

Responsibilities

• Advising Super HNI clients on Equity, Derivatives, currency & commodity Markets.
• Individually handling clients with the book size of 25 lacs & above.
• Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
• Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund, PMS, Insurance.
• Handling Queries & complaints of clients & solving it within TAT.
• Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
• Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
• Monitoring & enhancing Advisor's Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
