Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Research Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to drive geospatial analytics using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise. You will handle routing, location-allocation, OD cost matrices and network analysis while building robust data visualizations.

The role emphasizes ArcGIS workflow automation with ArcPy and Python, combined with strong business analytics and reporting capabilities to support enterprise clients in a hybrid work setting in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in analytics, CS or statistics required.
• Master's in Data Science preferred.
• Certification in Data Science or Azure Data Scientist is a plus.
• Experience with ArcGIS suite and Python recommended.

Responsibilities

• Work with ESRI ArcGIS (Pro and Enterprise) for analysis tasks.
• Perform network analysis, routing, location-allocation and OD cost matrix problems.
• Develop geoprocessing workflows and automate with ArcPy.
• Create and manage geospatial data for reporting and visualization.
