Genpact is seeking a Sr. Research Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization in Mumbai to lead advanced research and build impactful dashboards. You will collaborate with lead analysts to deliver insights and ensure dashboard quality, while mentoring junior analysts to grow expertise in data visualization and reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with BI tools, data modeling, ETL, and big data platforms, with a focus on delivering scalable analytics in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics; Master’s in Data Science preferred.
• Certifications in data science and cloud platforms add value.
• Experience with BI, data visualization, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of big data tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with modern data warehousing and data modeling techniques.
